K2 Mobile is a complimentary application designed for existing K2 blackpearl and K2 Appit for SharePoint clients. This app facilitates access to necessary forms, workflow tasks, and essential information, enhancing user efficiency and informed decision-making from any location.

The iOS version of K2 Mobile features several key functionalities:
<ul>
 <li>Application Forms: Users can capture data, initiate workflows, or generate reports through Application Forms, which are accessible in both online and offline modes.</li>
 <li>Global Task List: A centralized interface allows users to view all workflow tasks, enabling quick actions directly within the app. The task list's synchronization capabilities support continued work on critical tasks even when offline.</li>
 <li>Task Scheduling: Users can manage their tasks based on personal schedules, postponing them as needed. This flexibility allows for rescheduling tasks for times that are more convenient, such as during a coffee break or after a major meeting.</li>
 <li>Task Management: Features such as redirecting and sharing tasks enable swift decision-making in response to changing business needs. Users can designate tasks to different team members or request input from others seamlessly within the interface.</li>
 <li>Form Data and Task Status Access: The mobile interface provides visibility into form data and task statuses, aiding users in making more informed decisions.</li>
